The philosophy of The Law Offices Of Josette Belvedere is one of in depth  concentration in catastrophic injury cases and cases involving divorce & family law matters.  However in our over twenty years of practice, we have, naturally, been called upon to  handle numerous cases in wide ranging areas of law outside those of our specific concentration.

Many of our former clients  have come to us with problems outside our main areas of concentration and prevailed upon us to assist them because of the established trust between attorney and client. Moreover, our commitment  to provide quality pro-bono legal services to those unable to afford counsel has brought us a wide variety of  fascinating cases.  And so we  have helped many clients  with cases which are not related to injuries or divorce and family law problems.

For example, we have handled both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases as well as traffic and DUI matters.  We have assisted clients with probate and entertainment law  problems, real-estate closings, construction litigation, bankruptcy, consumer disputes, commercial transactions and numerous other issues.
